Hyper Casual · Unity · iOS & Android · 8-week brief-to-live
Stack Rush is a hyper-casual stacking puzzle game delivered complete and store-ready in 8 weeks, starting from blank Unity project to live on both stores. Fixed-price engagement targeting a seasonal UA window.
Publisher needed the game built and shipped within 8 weeks. Previous studios had failed this client on timeline due to process overhead. The brief: lean team, no friction, daily async updates, playable build every Friday.
Scope locked in a 3-hour call before writing a line of code. 4-person team, no PM layer: two engineers, a UI artist, QA. Core loop prototype-complete by end of week 2. Weeks 3–6: content, juice, feel. Weeks 7–8: monetisation integration, QA, store submission. 60fps on 5-year-old budget devices via custom lightweight particle system, texture atlasing, aggressive GC management.
Fastest professional game build I've seen. Build every Friday, issues resolved same day. This is how game development should feel.
